Fine Art Print Delivery

Packaging & protection

Each print is prepared with the utmost care.

• Prints with a maximum size of 14.8 × 21 cm (A5) are sent as a letter, protected between two rigid cardboard sheets.

• Larger format prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.

Preparation and shipping times

Prints are produced on demand. Please allow 1 to 2 days for preparation.

Postal delivery times

• Switzerland: 2 to 3 business days

• Europe: 3 to 6 business days

• Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days

⚠️ Possible customs inspections may extend these delivery times.

Shipping costs

• Within Switzerland: automatically calculated before order completion, based on format and weight.

• International: we ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated before order completion. Any applicable taxes or customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves the studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
It may sometimes take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

What if something goes wrong?

We do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, you have a maximum of 7 days after receipt to contact us by email, preferably with photos.

• If your order has not arrived after the indicated delivery times, please notify us promptly.

In both cases, we will contact the carrier and work with you to find the best solution. More information is available on the “Returns” page.

Delivery of Original Artworks

Packaging & protection

Each artwork is prepared with the greatest care. Original paintings are shipped in sturdy boxes, specially reinforced with a wooden frame to ensure optimal protection.

Preparation and shipping times

Each painting is packed on demand: the box and protective materials are custom-made for your order. This special care requires a preparation time of 4 to 6 days.

Postal delivery times

• Within Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days

• International: secure and affordable delivery is not yet available, but we are actively working on making it possible.

Within Switzerland, proximity has its advantages: depending on your location, I can also personally hand over your painting, without using a carrier. A simple, quick, and friendly way to receive your artwork.

It is also possible to collect your artwork directly in Lausanne.
