Returns and Refund Policy

Products damaged upon delivery

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographs documenting the damage.

• Prints: they may be replaced or refunded.

• Original artworks: as each artwork is unique, the refund will depend on the extent of the damage. A partial or full refund may be offered.
  In the case of a full refund, the product must be returned beforehand, at the buyer’s expense.

If the carrier loses the artwork, it will be fully refunded.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with applicable legislation, buyers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
The product may be refunded or replaced.

Exchange

Original artworks

Original artworks may be exchanged under certain conditions. The exchange request must be made within 7 days after receipt of the artwork. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Prints

Prints are not eligible for exchange.

Important conditions for a valid return

• Returned products must be received in the same condition, unaltered, and with the original protective packaging still in place.

• Any product returned incomplete, altered, damaged, or soiled will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
